30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

After the 30-day period, we do not provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day period
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • If you have used our service extensively during the trial period
  • One-time purchases after the 30-day window has elapsed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@kaliink.com.np with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will process your refund request within 5 business days and notify you via email once it has been processed.

Company Insolvency

In the unlikely event that Kali Ink Private Limited faces bankruptcy, enters liquidation proceedings, or ceases operations, we may be unable to process refund requests. Under such circumstances, customers with active subscriptions or recent purchases may be considered unsecured creditors in accordance with applicable insolvency laws.

Any outstanding refund obligations would be subject to the legal proceedings governing the insolvency process, and we cannot guarantee that refunds will be issued in full or at all. This limitation applies regardless of when the original purchase was made or the circumstances of the refund request.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are subject to the same 30-day refund window. After 30 days, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable.
